never ending game

In my childhood I played hide and seek with my friends.

I used to hide behind trees, behind the cupboard in my house, but my friends used to trace me some how.

I play this game even now.

The only difference is now, I play this game with my life where I try to hide my sorrows behind the veil of a smile and fake happiness,

but somehow my tears show it all and I get caught in the never ending drama called life.

  4. the comparison between childhood and your (the narrator's)current situation is good...explains how situations change with time...a good one!

  5. A very good read...
Along with Hide and Seek other games we play with life include Tug of War - where we put in all our strength to fight for our rights, Chess - where we plan a strategy to win and Snakes and Ladders - That symbolizes the Ups and Downs we face!
